Who We Help

Our mission: to provide assistance to families with technology dependant and chronically ill children.

Chronic Care Connection is run entirely by volunteers. Each donation dollar goes directly to families in need of assistance.

Requests for assistance are reviewed weekly. Assistance is provided in the form of payments to creditors for bills or the donation of goods. This simple method of operation assures eligibility for assistance and avoids the misappropriation of funds.
